Remember When.....Pencil Portraits

Instructions for placing an order:

Step 1)  Fill out the Portrait Order form and list any questions, directions, or special instructions that you may have in the text box provided.

Step 2)  Please e-mail your photo(s) to rememberwhenpencilportraits@gmail.com so that I can view them along with any instructions you may have listed from your order form.  It is important that the photo(s) be clear and relatively up close (if possible), especially when facial features are involved.  The more detailed the photo, the more detailed the drawn portrait will be!  

If your photo is not digital and you don't have a scanner, you can send an e-mail requesting a mailing address.  However, please go ahead and fill out the order form so that your portrait won't be delayed any longer than necessary. 

Step 3)  Once I receive your order form and your photo(s), I will send an e-mail confirming your order and to clarify any special directions listed on the order form. 

Step 4)  Once the above steps have been completed, a good faith deposit of $25 is required to start your pencil portrait. You can click on the following link to pay the deposit - http://www.rememberwhenpencilportraits.com/purchaseportrait.htm or you can click on "Purchase Portrait" from the menu bar. 

Step 5)  Upon completion of your drawing, a digital copy of your portrait will be e-mailed to you for final approval.  Once you are completely satisfied with your portrait, the remaining balance will be due.  Once payment is received, your portrait will be sent, insured and postpaid  (5-7 business days), along with any original photographs you may have sent.  For Express delivery (2-3 business days), please include a $15 shipping fee with your final payment. 

*Allow 2-3 weeks for your drawing to be completed and 3-4 weeks during busy holidays.  Exceptions can be made for a shorter time frame if work load allows.
